Ingredients:
- 4 lbs of crab legs (snow crab, king crab, or a mix)
- 8 ears of corn, shucked and halved
- 1 lb of small red potatoes, halved
- 1 lb of andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 4 lemons, halved
- 2 large onions, quartered
- 8 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
