2 tbsp red curry paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
