Ingredients:
170g red lentils (about ¾ cup)
200 ml water (¾ cup for cooking lentils)
40g yogurt (about 3 tbsp)
200 ml water (¾ cup, for mixing with yogurt)
10g yeast (1 tbsp)
250-300g lentil flour (about 2 to 2½ cups) or substitute with wheat flour
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing and cooking)
Optional:
1 tsp vinegar
½ tsp baking powder
