INGREDIENTS
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cups beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary.
