I was tired and wanted something fast. I got off work at 5 and we were sitting down eating by 5:30. I heated the pork for 2 mins in microwave, cut rolls in half, spread meat then added cheese. Made melted garlic butter with herbs and brushed that on top, then baked at 350 for 8 mins. The potatoes I cut in cubes, tossed in olive oil, garlic, seasoned salt and thyme…threw it in air fryer at 400 degrees for 14 mins, stiring half way through. Simple, fast, and delicious
