Baked Salmon in Foil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. The foil should be large enough to fully wrap around the salmon fillet.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the foil, skin-side down.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillet, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.
  7. Wrap the foil around the salmon, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
  8. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Carefully open the foil and check the salmon for doneness. If it’s not fully cooked, reseal the foil and return it to the oven for a few more minutes.
  10. Once the salmon is cooked, carefully open the foil and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  11. Serve the baked salmon hot, with your favorite side dishes.
