Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. The foil should be large enough to fully wrap around the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon fillet on the foil, skin-side down.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the salmon fillet, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
- Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillet.
- Wrap the foil around the salmon, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the foil and check the salmon for doneness. If it’s not fully cooked, reseal the foil and return it to the oven for a few more minutes.
- Once the salmon is cooked, carefully open the foil and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the baked salmon hot, with your favorite side dishes.
