Tips:

  • For extra crispy wings, you can double fry them. Fry once until they are cooked, let them cool for a few minutes, and then fry again for a few minutes to crisp up the skin.
  • If you prefer baking, you can bake the seasoned wings at 400°F (200°C) for about 40-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  • Adjust the spice level of the sauce by adding more or less cayenne pepper or using a milder or hotter hot sauce.
  • For a healthier version, you can air fry the wings or bake them instead of deep frying.
