*Directions:
To make the crust – spray a 9″ x 9″ pan with nonstick spray. Put aside.
In a medium dish, combine the graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press ½ of the batter into the bottom of the pan. Save the rest for later
To prepare the filling – In a large plate, whisk the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Put aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla on low speed until creamy.
My heart is pineapple. Stir in whipped cream. Spread over graham cracker layer.
Top with the remaining graham cracker mixture
