- Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour half of the sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and water. Add the remaining sauce to the skillet along with the cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
