°1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
°1 c flour
°1 1/2 t salt
°1/8 t pepper
°1/4 c butter
°1 can chicken soup
°1/4 c water
Preheat oven to 425
*Methods
First, pour evaporated milk to a small dish… just to soak your chicken in. After dip every piece of chicken in the milk, roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melting butter in 13 9 frying pans also cooking chicken in the butter for 30 minutes at 425.
Mixing water, the soup box, also what’s left in your evaporated milk box. Turning chicken over after 30 mn of cook also pour soup mix over top. Cooking for another 30 mn until golden brown.
