FIRST STEP:
Prepare your graham cracker crusts for filling.
STEP TWO:
For the bottom layer, add the cream cheese, sugar and an 8-ounce jar of whipped cream in a separate bowl and mix well with a hand mixer. Filling your pre-made crusts with this layer equally.
STEP THREE:
Then combine the pudding and milk and stir until thick. Add 2 cups of canned pumpkin. Add the pumpkin tart spices, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir until blended. Place on the cream cheese layer.
STEP FOUR:
For the top layer, use the second 8 oz container of Cool Whip to garnish the pies. I suggest sprinkling a little pumpkin spice on top. It’s beautiful and oh-so-delicious!
