Breakfast Sliders

Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon or sausage patties in a skillet until they’re crispy or fully cooked. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs. Season them with salt and pepper according to your taste. Cook until they’re just set.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Assemble the sliders: On the bottom halves of the buns, layer the cooked eggs, bacon or sausage, and a slice of cheese on each.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings to create sandwiches.
  6. Melt a bit of butter and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are warmed through.
  8. Serve your breakfast sliders warm and enjoy!
