Bacon chicken bites

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Chicken:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Toss the chicken until evenly coated with the seasonings.
2. Wrapping the Chicken in Bacon:
  • Take each chicken cube and wrap it with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick or skewer. You can fold the bacon slice around the chicken or cut the bacon in half lengthwise for smaller pieces. Continue until all chicken cubes are wrapped.
3. Cooking the Bacon Chicken Bites:
  • Place the bacon-wrapped chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece to ensure proper cooking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the bacon turns crispy and the chicken is cooked through. You can turn the bites halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the bacon chicken bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Remember to remove the toothpicks or skewers before serving.
