Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- Combine the crushed cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon the filling into the crust.
- Chill the Pie:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until it’s set.
- Garnish:
- Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, mini chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts if desired.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Cut into slices and serve chilled.
