CROCK POT BANANA BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crock Pot: Line the bottom of your Crock Pot with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until incorporated. If using, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
  5. Cook: Pour the batter into the prepared Crock Pot. Cover and cook on high for 1½ to 2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Once done, turn off the Crock Pot and let the bread cool for a bit before removing it. Use the parchment paper to lift the bread out.
  7. Serve: Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

Tips:

  • Don’t Overmix: Overmixing can lead to dense bread. Just mix until the ingredients are combined.
  • Banana Ripeness: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
  • Cooking Time: Cooking times may vary depending on your Crock Pot model, so start checking for doneness after 1½ hours.

Enjoy your homemade Crock Pot banana bread!
