Brown Sugar Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

- Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator about 20-30 minutes before cooking to bring them closer to room temperature. This ensures even cooking.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
