Strawberry Cream Cheese Rolls

Prepare the Filling:

 

In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped strawberries, softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.

Form the Rolls:

 

Starting from the long side, carefully roll the dough into a log.

Slice the log into 6 equal pieces using a sharp knife.

Place the rolls into a greased baking dish, leaving some space between each roll.

Bake:

 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
