Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water. Stir until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the baby carrots, mushrooms, and green beans around the chicken.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- After an hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
