a. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, covering it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.

b. Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until it has doubled in size.

4. Shaping the Bread:

a. Gently punch down the risen dough to release any air bubbles.

b. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a round or oval loaf, depending on your preference.

5. Second Rise:

a. Place the shaped dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

b. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6. Preheat and Score:

a. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

b. Just before baking, score the top of the dough with a sharp knife to allow for controlled expansion during baking.
