Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture onto the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake them for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the ribs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with the honey sauce.
- Place the ribs back in the oven and broil them for another 10-15 minutes, brushing with more sauce occasionally, until they are caramelized and glazed.
- Serve the hot costilla de cerdo a la miel, garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley if desired.
Enjoy this delicious glazed delicacy!
