Honey Glazed Pork Ribs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture onto the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake them for approximately 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the ribs are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
  5. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with the honey sauce.
  6. Place the ribs back in the oven and broil them for another 10-15 minutes, brushing with more sauce occasionally, until they are caramelized and glazed.
  7. Serve the hot costilla de cerdo a la miel, garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley if desired.

Enjoy this delicious glazed delicacy!
