DIRECTIONS:
Preheat my oven to 350 degrees.
In a baking pan, I combine flour, garlic pepper, sugar, and paprika.
In a medium-sized bowl, I mix buttermilk, eggs, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth.
I dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk mixture, shaking off excess.
I roll in the flour mixture, then dip into the buttermilk and flour mixture a second time.
I place the coated chicken pieces in the baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
I bake for about 50-55 minutes or until the chicken is golden.
