Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the Beef:
- Combine the ground beef and spices in a bowl.
- Press the beef into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, creating a flat and even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then drain the liquid and set aside.
- Cook the Onions:
- In a large skillet over medium/high heat, add olive oil.
- Stir in the diced onion and cook until translucent and fragrant.
- Drain excess oil fully and set aside.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Top with cooked beef, followed by the onions, and slices of cheese in a single layer.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
