Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges.
