Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange the cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese, followed by the black olives, red bell pepper, green onions, and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top, then season with the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
