Instructions:
- Grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray or butter.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place half of them in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the crockpot.
- Layer the remaining cinnamon roll pieces on top, and then pour the rest of the egg mixture over them.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the casserole is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll cans over the top of the casserole before serving.
