1. Prep the Ingredients: Start by preparing all your ingredients. Chop the onion, mince the garlic, dice the bell pepper, and grate the cheese if it’s not already shredded. Having everything ready will make the cooking process smoother.
2. Brown the Mince: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until it’s no longer pink and starts to brown. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
