Spicy Chicken Livers with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken livers, cleaned and trimmed
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
