Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Sauce
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked chicken breast and cooked spaghetti to the bowl, and toss until well coated with the cheese sauce.
Step 3: Assemble and Bake
- Transfer the chicken and spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
