Ingredients:
- 2 racks of baby back ribs (about 3-4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons of kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ribs:
- Remove the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs. Slide a knife under the membrane anywhere along the rack. Use a paper towel to grab the edge of the membrane and pull it off.
- In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper to make the dry rub.
