Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if you’re baking. If grilling, prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
Season the chicken: In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mix all over the chicken breasts.
Wrap the chicken in bacon: Lay 2-3 slices of bacon side by side, slightly overlapping, on a cutting board. Place a chicken breast on top and wrap the bacon slices around it. Secure with toothpicks if necessary. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.

Prepare for baking: Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
Bake: Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F or 74°C) and the bacon is crispy. For extra flavor, you can brush your choice of glaze (BBQ sauce, honey, or maple syrup) over the chicken during the last 10 minutes of baking.
