Golden Graham’s S’mores bars

  1. Combine with Cereal:
    • Place the Golden Graham cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal. Gently fold the mixture until the cereal is evenly coated.
  2. Add Marshmallows:
    • Once the cereal is coated with the chocolate mixture, let it cool for a few minutes. Then, add the bag of mini marshmallows (reserve the extra cup if you’re using it) to the bowl. Gently fold the marshmallows into the mixture until they’re evenly distributed. If you’re adding the extra cup of marshmallows for more texture, fold them in now.
  3. Press into Pan:
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or the back of a spoon (lightly greased to prevent sticking), press the mixture evenly into the pan. If you like, sprinkle the top with a few more mini marshmallows and lightly press them into the top.
  4. Cool:
    • Allow the bars to cool at room temperature until they are set, about 1-2 hours. For quicker setting, you can refrigerate them for about 30 minutes.
  5. Cut and Serve:
    • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang (if used) and cut them into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
