Grilled Steak
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Loaded Baked Potato
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes clean and pierce them several times with a fork.
- Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit lengthwise in the top of each potato and gently squeeze to open.
- Fluff the insides of the potatoes with a fork.
- Top each potato with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped chives, and crumbled bacon.

How to Store Leftovers
