- 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Recipe Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar over the onions and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the onions are deeply caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the caramelized onions, grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
