How to Store Leftovers
If you have any leftovers (which is unlikely given how delicious this dish is!), you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When ready to enjoy again, simply reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave until heated through.
Food and Drink Pairings
Shrimp Scampi with Spaghetti pairs beautifully with a crisp white wine such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. For a non-alcoholic option, try serving it with sparkling water infused with lemon slices for a refreshing twist. As for sides, a simple green salad dressed with vinaigrette or garlic bread makes the perfect accompaniment to this dish.
