Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C) using indirect heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create the dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
