Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef, following the packet instructions (usually adding water and simmering).
- On a large sheet pan, spread the cooked beef mixture evenly.
- Top the beef with black beans, corn, bell peppers, and onion, spreading everything out evenly across the pan.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Scatter the crushed tortilla chips on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
