To make crunchy and tasty Vegan Tofu Sticks, follow some instructions.

First, set the oven temperature to 245 degrees.

Meanwhile, cut the tofu block into half-length slices, and then again cut half-length slices into two pieces.
Next, cut nori sheets into half-length slices, and again divide the slice into three equal halves.
Each nori sheet yields six pieces.
Now, Place a strip of tofu on top of the nori sheets. Roll the sheet, and seal its ends with water.
Repeat the same procedure, and make 10-12 rolls.
For Coating the tofu strips

To coat the rolled tofu strips, we will take 3 bowls.
Pour one cup of all-purpose flour, plant-based milk, old bay seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder into the first bowl.
Mix all the ingredients.
Add breadcrumbs, and salt to the second bowl.
Add half a cup of all-purpose flour to the third bowl.
Now, take the tofu strips, and coat the strips with flour.
Next, dip the tofu strips in the plant-based milk and flour mixture.
Again, coat tofu pieces in the bread crumbs and salt.
We will cook vegan tofu sticks with two methods.
Bake
Take a baking tray, and grease it with a few drops of oil.
Now, add tofu sticks to the tray.
Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
During baking, Flip each side so that it won’t be burnt.
Fry

Add oil to the pan, and heat it over a high flame.
Once the oil is heated, fry the tofu sticks for 5-6 minutes.
Cook each side until crispy and brown.
The vegan tofu sticks are ready. Serve it with homemade tartar sauce.
Preparation of Vegan Tartar Sauce

To prepare the sauce, add Vegan Mayo, Lime juice, Pickles, and dill in a bowl.
Combine all the ingredients until well blended.
Next, adjust the salt and black pepper amount to taste.
The sauce is ready. Preserve the sauce in the fridge.
Tips
For crunchiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
If you want classic fish flavour, use a nori sheet.

You can use seaweed snack sheets instead of nori sheets.
You can fry or bake the vegan tofu sticks.
Try vegan tofu sticks with different sauces.
You can add herbs or fresh lemon to add the flavours.

Storage Information
Refrigerate the remaining tofu sticks for 3-4 days. You can also reheat the vegan tofu sticks in the oven.
