How to Store Baked Potatoes:
Baked potatoes are best enjoyed fresh and crispy. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. To reheat, warm in the oven at 425°F until heated through.
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
Cut a small slice off the two ends of each potato.
Score the tops of the potatoes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and spread them with the prepared mixture.
Carefully flip the potatoes and brush again with the Parmesan mixture.
Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Turn the potatoes and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until crispy.
