Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage. When halfway browned, add the onion; cook until soft. Reduce heat to low. Add garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the skillet and plate. Drain excess grease and wipe out the skillet.
2. Melt butter and heat oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Add gnocchi and sundried tomatoes, cooking until gnocchi is lightly browned; stir several times.
3. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until slightly thickened; 5-6 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Reduce heat and add Parmesan cheese, stirring gently until melted.
4. Add the cooked sausage mixture back to the skillet and heat through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
