▢1 tablespoon coconut oil
▢2 ½ tablespoon red curry paste
▢400 ml coconut milk
▢200 ml wateror stock
▢1 tablespoon soy sauce
▢1 teaspoon brown sugaroptional
▢4-5 kaffir lime leaves
▢Fresh chopped vegetables of your choice.We use zucchini, carrots and red pepper
