Rotel pasta

•1 lb ground beef
•2 16 oz blocks of Velveeta (I used one white one regular)
•can of rotel (I used two)
•1 box of penne pasta

Cook the pasta according to box instructions. Season and brown the ground beef. I used slap ya mama, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little cayenne pepper. Drain grease if necessary. Add the rotel to the meat. Cube the Velveeta and add to the mixture. Once melted add the cooked, drained pasta. You can add a little milk if it’s too thick but I didn’t. Stir and enjoy! It makes a lot

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 16 oz blocks of Velveeta (1 white, 1 regular)
- 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 box of penne pasta
- Slap Ya Mama seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Optional: Milk (for adjusting consistency)
