Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz noodles (such as egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
- Vegetable oil, for cooking
Recipe Directions
Step 1: Cook the Noodles
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
