- In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Top with the remaining cake batter and crumb topping.
Step 5: Bake and Serve
- Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before slicing and serving.
